※Rental is available for stays of 2 weeks or longer. The rental fee for 1–14 days is ¥5,500.
From the 15th day (14 nights), the cost is calculated at ¥370 per day.

※If you stay longer than 70 days, purchasing is cheaper than renting.
Set contents: mattress pad (futon), sheet, comforter, comforter cover, pillow, pillowcase
Both rental and purchased futons allow you to sleep from the first day without buying anything additional.

You may share a room with two people. In that case, the move-in and move-out dates must generally be the same.
The dormitory fee, move-in fee, and deposit will be 1.5 times the amount shown in the table above, and one representative of the two residents must make the payment.
