The fee is calculated from the move-in date to the move-out date.
If we store your luggage, payment is required even if you are not present.

※ Rental is available only for stays of 2 weeks or longer. The rental fee for 1 to 14 days is ¥5,500.
From the 15th day (14 nights), the charge is calculated at ¥370 per day.

※ If you stay for 70 days or more, purchasing is cheaper than renting.
Set includes: mattress pad (shikibuton), sheet, comforter, comforter cover, pillow, pillow cover
Both rental futons and purchased futons are ready to use for sleeping from the same day, with no additional purchase required.

Okazaki gets especially cold from autumn to early spring, and it is not possible to sleep comfortably without bedding. • Common service charges, neighborhood association fees, and utility costs are included in the accommodation fee.
Rooms can be shared by two people. In that case, as a rule, both residents must move in and move out at the same time.
The dormitory fee, move-in fee, and deposit become 1.5 times the amount shown in the table above, and the representative of the two occupants must make the payment.
※ For family-type accommodations, the listed price applies even when two people stay.
※ Only current students are allowed to stay.
