This one-room apartment is the closest accommodation to the campus, located just 8 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bicycle. Any student can rent it regardless of the length of stay. Each apartment is a Japanese-style one-room apartment.
Location: In addition to being close to the campus, the apartments are also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops. If you want easy access to sightseeing destinations in central Japan, these apartments are about 10 minutes by bicycle from JR Okazaki Station. This station is on the JR Tokaido Line, a major trunk line connecting Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, Shizuoka, and Tokyo, and offers convenient access to Nagoya, Kanayama, Mikawa-Anjo, the seaside and hot spring resort of Gamagori on Mikawa Bay, and Toyohashi.
Overview
Overview: The apartment has a Western-style room with no tatami flooring. The floor is polished wood. Each room measures 22 square meters (about 236 square feet). The bathroom includes a Western-style toilet and a unit bath. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, a large wardrobe, and a kitchen with a sink, pot, frying pan, and kettle. There is also a refrigerator, a two-burner gas stove, and an electric rice cooker. Cooking utensils are not provided, but they can be purchased inexpensively at nearby shops. The main room includes a bed, desk, chair, study lamp, and bookshelf.
Washing Machine: The washing machines are located between Villa 3 and Villa 4 and can be used free of charge.
Internet: Each room is equipped with one wireless router with four 1 Gbps LAN sockets, allowing free and unlimited direct internet access.
