取消與退費條款

1) 繳費後取消入學或課程之方式與注意事項

  1. 欲取消入學,請以電子郵件、電話,或本人親自到校至CS課櫃台辦理取消手續。下午5時以後提出之取消申請,於翌工作日受理。

  2. 以電子信件取消入學之場合,YAMASA將於收到顧客之電子信件後回信,而以顧客收到YAMASA的電子郵件後,對YAMASA寄出確認回覆信件之時點,為完成課程取消手續之時點。
  3. 取消私人課程與半私人課程之場合,至遲請務必於上課前一工作日之下午5時前(日本時間)完成取消之連絡程序。
  4. 希望學校以銀行匯款之方式退還費用之場合,顧客須自行負擔轉帳之手續費。此外,如因提供之銀行帳戶之資訊有誤,導致匯款失敗而須再次進行匯款之場合,仍由顧客自行負擔每次轉帳之手續費,該手續費將自退還之款項內扣除。故請提供正確之銀行帳戶資訊。

    • ※國際匯款之場合,如中途須經數個銀行,將可能發生須向各銀行個別支付手續費之情形

2) 學費之退還

Following this policy, YAMASA will refund your tuition fee that is commensurate to the amount of lessons after your cancellation as much as possible with the minimum necessary administrative fee. Please see below for the details.

以申請入學時,實際入帳之金額,扣除8,000圓(日圓・含稅)手續費後退還。觀光簽證之申請,受日本駐外大使館拒絕之場合,依同樣手續退還學費。

此外,「簽證申請手續費(申請留學簽證之場合)」、無論理由為何,均無法退還。

  • 入學後始取消之場合
    1. 私人課程、半私人課程以外之課程

      提出課程取消申請之翌日起,依學期尚未進行之比例計算剩餘學費(以日為單位),並於扣除8,000圓(日圓・含稅)手續費後退還。
    2. 私人課程、半私人課程
      1. 取消課程之申請期限,為取消課程前之最後工作日下午5時。

        取消課程而不另擇日進行補課之場合,每堂課之學費扣除500日圓(日圓・含稅)手續費後退還,手續費扣除之上限為8,000圓(日圓・含稅)。選擇另行補課之場合,不生手續費與退費相關問題。
      2. 請注意,課程取消之申請,如超過取消課程前之最後工作日之下午5時,無法退還任何費用。
  • I want to change courses:

    To change courses, you will be required to cancel the course that you are enrolled in and sign up for the course that you wish to participate in anew. A \4,000 administration fee (tax included) will be charged for course change. The refund generated by the cancellation will be used for the tuition fee of the newly applied course. If there is a surplus, we will refund that amount, and if there is a shortfall, additional fee will be charged. Course change between SCSP and SILAC is acceptable only on a weekly basis.

    Agency: Language International


    1. To cancel before YAMASA receives your tuition fee from the agency:
      There is no refund from YAMASA.
    2. To cancel after YAMASA receives your tuition fee from the agency:
      We will refund the amount after deducting (A) and (B) below from your tuition fee.
      1. The larger amount of either 20% of the total tuition fee or the amount equivalent to the number of lessons that you have attended.
      2. Administrative fee \8,000 (tax included)
  • 3) 宿舍費・寄宿家庭費・保證金・棉被費・機場接送費之退還

    Following this policy, YAMASA will refund an amount that is commensurate to the fees after you move out from your room as much as possible with the minimum necessary administrative fee. Please see below for the details.

    1. 宿舍費、寄宿家庭費、保證金、宿舍入住費

      以申請入學時,實際入帳之金額,扣除8,000圓(日圓・含稅)手續費後退還。
    2. 棉被費

      無論棉被為租借或購買,均於扣除棉被搬運費2,000圓(日圓・含稅)後退還。
    3. 機場接送費

      機場接送服務之取消,如於服務使用日前最後工作日之下午5時(日本時間)前通知,可全額退還,不生手續費用。未通知之場合,不退還任何費用。
      • ※ 如因航空公司罷工、天候不佳導致航班取消,可更改機場接送服務之日期或選擇退費。
  • 入住宿舍後始取消之場合
    1. 宿舍費、寄宿家庭費

      退宿後翌日起,以日為單位,依學期尚未住宿比例計算剩於住宿費或寄宿家庭費,並於扣除8,000圓(日圓・含稅)手續費後退還。另外,短期契約之宿舍入住費一概不予退還。
    2. 保證金(僅限長期契約)

      退宿時,保證金將扣除直至退宿當日之水電瓦斯費、退宿後之清潔費用,以及可歸責於顧客之設備損壞修繕費用後,返還剩於之金額。(所有金額之確認與退還,期間約為2~3個月)
    3. 棉被費

      僅限於租用棉被之場合,於退宿後翌日起算,返還尚未使用期間之棉被租借費用。購買棉被之場合,則無退費相關問題。
  • 4) 因天然災害所生停止上課之場合

    因地震、暴雨、大雪等天災,或因傳染病、暴動、停電等社會因素而導致停止上課之場合,將不退還任何學費,請見諒。

    5) 因可歸責於學校之原因導致停止上課之場合

    全額退還相當於未授課部分之全額學費。

    6) 透過特定線上留學代辦網頁報名之場合

    透過特定線上留學代辦網頁報名者,不適用前項「2.學費之退還」((2-2-b-ⅱ除外)規則。退費之計算為完成課程取消手續之次日起,依照退費比例扣除剩餘學費總額之15%+8,000圓(日圓・含稅)為取消課程之手續費。

    7) 居住於日本國內之顧客申請2個月以上課程之場合

    申請日起算8日內取消入學之場合,適用日本特定商取引法,退還全額學費。宿舍費、寄宿家庭、棉被費之部分,準用上述第三項規則。

    Appendix

    1. The calculation of the refund for AIJP and AJSP

      Your tuition fee minus (a) to (c) below will be refunded. Please understand that one year discount will not be applied to (a) and (b) if you cancel your course within a year.

      1. The tuition fees of the quarters that you have finished.
      2. The tuition fee of the quarter that you are enrolled in. The fee is the amount that is commensurate to the number of days up to the cancellation date.
      3. Administration fee \8,000 (tax included) and a bank transfer fee.
    2. The calculation of the refund for SILAC and SCSP

      Your tuition fee minus (a) to (c) below will be refunded.

      1. The tuition fee up to the week before the week that includes the cancellation date.
      2. The tuition fee that is calculated based on the number of days that you have finished in the week that includes the cancellation date. The amount is calculated according to day count bases from the difference between the tuition fee until the week that includes the cancellation date and the tuition fee until the previous week of the cancellation date. (1 week = 5 days)
      3. Administration fee \8,000 (tax included) and a bank transfer fee.
    3. The calculation of course change between SILAC and SCSP.
      1. Course change from SCSP to SILAC
      2. Your tuition fee minus (a) to (c) below will be refunded.

        1. The difference in the tuition fee between SCSP and SILAC for the weeks that you are enrolled in SCSP.
        2. The SILAC tuition fee for the whole period during which you are enrolled in SCSP and SILAC.
        3. Administration fee \4,000 (tax included) for course change and a bank transfer fee.
      3. Course change from SILAC to SCSP
      4. Administrative fee of \4,000 (tax included) and the difference in the tuition fee between SCSP and SILAC will be charged. The amount is corresponding to the number of weeks that you are to enroll in SCSP. As the tuition of SCSP is higher than that of SILAC, your tuition fee normally will not be refunded unless the SCSP course period is less than certain weeks.
