Q: Why are there some beers missing from the menu?
A: We are not intending to stock every brand of beer, just ones that we think are good. So certain rather over-rated multinational brands will be remain conspicuous by their absence. At the other end of the scale, it is difficult to obtain some boutique beers, so unless we can obtain reliable supplies these simply won't be able to be stocked.

Q: Can I dump all my spare 1 and 5 yen coins into the jar on the counter before I leave Japan?
A: Sure. Please dump your coins into the carafe on the bar - all proceeds go to the "Billiard Table Fund" as the only tip worth giving in Japan is the adage to work hard and be kind to your mother.

Q: Why don't you sell any Bourbon?
A: Because we choose to provide only the triple distilled whiskies of Ireland and an extensive range of single malt Scotches (with absolutely no blended Scotch whisky). We figure this is enough. Especially since we are able to provide most of these beauties at cheaper prices than almost any bar in Japan is able to provide even average Bourbon.
