The Ice Bar. With cocktails at only 200 yen a glass! Dreamed up by Sapporo college students (from the same groups who organized the energetic dance groups in the Yosakoi festival), this bar was an immediate hit. Whenever the sun came out it was fairly glary, so sunglasses would be a good idea.
