The Mannekin Pis - a small fountain/statue of a little boy doing what comes naturally. Located near the Grande Place in the old part of Brussels in Belgium, here it is recreated in Odori Park as part of the European Union's exhibits (the EU exhibit in 2002 featured Belgium).

The snow sculpture version wasn't "engineered" to urinate, though the area around the statue was unusually "moist" (mostly water from melting snow I hope). If you look carefully to the left of the photo, you will see the shadow of a small boy who started running away from the statue when I pulled out my camera.

No prizes for guessing what he might have been doing.
