The viewing lounge (Start House/Observatory) is the structure you can see at the top of the ramp. The large grey structure to the left of the screen is the Judging Tower, where points are awarded for style in flight (to win requires not just distance, but form), with the scoreboard further left. You can see the chairlift operation for competitors and visitors).

The Operations Center is just out of sight to the left, while the restaurant & shops are out of shot to the right of the photograph, as is the Sapporo Winter Sports Museum and escalator to the parking areas.
