Note 1: For homestays, the policy is that there is never more than one student per host family.
Note 2: The deposit required by long term residents staying in studio apartments is refunded in full at the end of stay less the cost of cleaning, final month of power/gas/water bills and any repairs.
Note 3: The power/gas/water and power bills will vary a little depending on season. The main variance though is which accommodation option you live in and whether you rent a single or shared room option.
Note 4: The cost of futons is not included in the accommodation fee except for the homestay option.
