Spring is the beginning of the academic year and the largest commencement for long term studies. It is a beautiful time to be in Okazaki. The climate is perfect. The cherry blossom trees in the parks and around the castle, as well as along the many rivers and streams shower the ground with pink and white petals. In early May, the Tokugawa Ieyasu festival and parade is a great chance to experience some of the local culture. The mountains of the Oku-Mikawa district and southern alps are particularly beautiful as wild flowers emerge from the snow thaw - and on the weekend trips or discovery tours you will be able to see parts of Japan few people have the opportunity to.

ACADEMIC: Acceleration (Ultra-intensive) Program. - From April 4th for either 2 or 3 months - The fastest! and most affordable way to improve your Japanese level quickly.
