These 20 studio apartments are significantly larger than the Yamasa Villa III & IV studio apartments with 2 rooms and a balcony, but slightly further away from the campus (15 minutes walk instead of 8, by bicycle only about 7 minutes). The apartments are usually restricted to students with the student visa (or equivalent long term visa). They are also usually reserved for single occupants except in the case of married students attending Yamasa with their spouse. There is a 24-hour convenience store located less than 100 meters away. Shops, restaurants and other facilities including a park, post office, bus-stop etc are within a short walking distance.
