In our efforts to keep your costs to a minimum, there are different price schedules for students enrolling for six months or more with student visas and students in other, shorter courses such as SILAC. This is because short course students have often left Japan before power bills etc begin arriving, and because refundable key deposits are easier to manage and cheaper for longer term students than Housing Office estimates.
