The sign for the "Hotel Nuts", a somewhat old and run down (so I hear) love hotel in the gay part of eastern Shinjuku in Tokyo. A pretty good example of how kanji, romaji, kana (increasingly also e-moji) are combined in Japanese text, particularly in advertizing.
