Language & Culture Summer Program - Costs

Participation in the program costs 236,900 Japanese yen.

The program fee includes all tuition & instruction, homestay or hotel twin share, daily lunches except for Sundays, all field trips and admission fees, as well as incidentals such as course materials (not including dictionary).

The fee does not include airfare, transport from airport to Yamasa (unless using airport limousine bus), transport between homestay and Yamasa, travel insurance, dictionaries etc.

For homestays the rule is one student per homestay. For hotel accommodation the default booking is for a shared by 2 twin room. If staying in a hotel, it is possible to change from twin to single accommodation if preferred. The surcharge for single accommodation is 2400 yen per night, or 50,400 yen (assuming 21 nights of accommodation).

Early Bird Discount: There is a 5.0% discount on the program fee, if payment in full is completed by Friday February 29th. This would reduce the cost of the program to 225,055 yen. Please note that there is no discount available for the surcharge for single room hotel accommodation.
