The commencement dates for each module are listed in the left column below. The completion dates for the 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12 week options are listed in the other columns. You need to arrive in Okazaki one or two days before the start date. Click here for airport pickup dates and times. If staying in Yamasa's accommodation you would need to leave within two (2) days of your completion date. For more information regarding accommodation extensions please contact the Admissions Office. Please note that the admissions department processes applications on a first received/first processed basis. The program is frequently full well before the deadline - hence it is wise to apply early. Please also check and keep a record of all Holiday Dates. We observe the Obon Holiday.
Notes: Students studying during the Christmas/New Year periods should note that due to public holidays (New Years Eve & Day), plus Institute holidays, the module commencing 2007/DEC/20 will finish on Thursday 2008/JAN/10. If there is an asterisk*, it means that your course will include this module that has the normal 10 teaching days, but covers a 3 week period. This means that if you are using a tourist visa, you need to ensure that your overall length of study does not exceed your visa's maximum allowable period of stay. If you are enrolling for a period of 10 weeks or less, you are not affected by this longer than usual module.
