Please check the list of dates below before booking your flight. This is the schedule for airport pickups at Nagoya Airport for students enrolling in Acceleration, AIJP, AJSP, SILAC, Discovery and Internship programs. Please note that a 6300 yen airport pickup service is available on other days for students enrolling in the Refresher Course, Private/Semi-Private Classes or CALL Seminar program (see notes below).

6300 Yen Airport Pickups are available on the following dates:

January 6, 7, 9, 10, 23, 24 February 6, 7, 20, 21 March 6, 7, 20, 21 April 3, 4, 17, 18 May 8, 9, 22, 23 June 5, 6, 19, 20 July 2, 3, 4, 17, 18, 31 August 1, 28, 29 September 11, 12, 25, 26 October 1, 2, 9, 10, 23, 24 November 6, 7, 20, 21 December 4, 5, 18, 19

Year 2008:
January 5, 6, 8, 9, 22, 23 February 5, 6, 19, 20 March 4, 5, 18, 19

8300 Yen Airport Pickups are available on the following dates:

Year 2007:
January 22 February 5, 19 March 5, 19 April 2, 16 May 21 June 4, 18 July 1, 16, 30 August 27 September 10, 24, 30 October 8, 22 November 5, 19 December 3, 17

Year 2008:
January 4, 21 February 4, 18

10300 Yen Airport Pickups are available on the following dates:

Year 2006:
July 1 August 14, 15 September 30 October 9

Year 2007:
January 8 May 7 June 30 August 13, 14, 15 September 29

Year 2008:
January 3

The above 3 prices do not recover the full cost of the service. As a general rule, Airport Pickups Are Not Available on all other dates, but may be requested and provided on a quotation basis. Usual cost would start at around 16,000 yen. For students enrolling in the Refresher Course, Private/Semi-Private Classes or CALL Seminar, an airport pickup service can be provided for 6300 yen for either of the two days immediately proceeding commencement of classes, provided neither of those days is on a weekend or public holiday. If you are not enrolling in one of these three courses and are unable to change your flight to a different day, you will need to travel to Okazaki using the Airport Bus (leaves Nagoya Airport from Bus stop #5) or by train. Yamasa will reimburse the fare after arrival in Okazaki.
