Not all of Yamasa's students are familiar with computers. Even those who are may initially encounters some difficulties using Japanese operating systems installed on Yamasa's workstations due to the language barrier (all icons and commands in Japanese for instance), or not be sure how to connect to the LAN.

If you do experience difficulties using the computers or LAN, the student services staff will be able to provide assistance.
