Short-term course deadlines: for courses up to 6 months, not requiring a student visa, please complete application and payments of tuition fees at least 5 weeks before the start of the course. If your client is applying for homestay accommodation then the tuition fees should be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of the course. Please also note that accommodation is booked when the tuition fee has been received.

Long-term course deadlines: for courses over 6 months, with a student visa, your client needs to complete an application kit for the visa by the immigration office deadline: For April admission, completed kits must be returned to Yamasa by November 5th; for October admission, deadline is May 5th. Please note that sumbitting a complete student visa application kit by the deadline does not guarantee that your client will receive a student visa. Applications will be accepted based on a number of factors including age, academic background, nationality and so on. This is necessary to keep a mix of students at Yamasa from different backgrounds and nationalities.
