We can also set up a page on your site advertising the Yamasa Institute - completely maintanance free. We change the images, deadlines and course dates etc. without you having to do a thing.
(5) Accreditation of Yamasa.
As a Japanese education program provider, the Yamasa Institute is required to be a member of the APJLE (Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education) which is the governing body established by the Japanese government (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice) and education providers. Any school that is not accredited by the APJLE can not authorize the certificate of eligibility required for the student visa. And all Japanese language education providers need to meet quality standards determined by the regulating body. Yamasa's accreditation number is B302.
In addition, we have also joined a number of international organizations to further improve our quality and ensure that external auditing can help us identify news opportunities for improvement. The main two organizations we have joined are NAFSA (the Association of International Educators based in Washington DC, USA) and the IALC (a smaller but predominantly European grouping of Independent Language education program providers.) We have also joined various country based organizations - with a particular objective of ensuring correct visa and credit transfer procedures. Yamasa also has established links with various universities around the world. However please note that these are not accreditations - only the Japanese government/APJLE framework has the authority to regulate education providers in Japan.
(6) Agreements & Authorizations.
On request, we can issue contracts and certification for your agency as an official Yamasa Representative. If you have any particular requirements, please let us know and we will be happy to customize documentation to suit your needs. Every agency and every advisor is unique, so we treat every agreement on an individual basis.
(7) Quality Control.
We aim to provide the highest service standards. If you have any complaints, please let us know so that we can improve. We are constantly monitoring performance - of our administration, faculty, and systems - so we are confident that we can provide you and your clients with the highest levels of service.
