Please send arrival information for all your clients so that we can be sure they are met on arrival at Okazaki JR Station or at Nagoya International Airport. We provide a pickup service for all students arriving i n Nagoya International Airport on the dates detailed at the link below.

If you cannot access this form for any reason, please try again later or contact support@yamasa.org.

Once you have completed the form, sent passport/homestay photos, and sent flight details, the application is complete. Yamasa will contact you to confirm any missing details and to confirm accommodation arrangements, receipt of fees, etc. and to send you the Letter of Acceptance/any other documentation for your student (see the visa section for details). When they come to Japan, please make sure that they bring Yamasa's phone number for emergencies: (0564) 55-8111. If you or your client have any questions at any time, please contact support@yamasa.org.
