ENROLLING: To enrol a student, you need to complete the following steps:

  1. Complete an application form.
  2. Send a photo to Yamasa.
  3. Make a payment for tuition only or tuition and accommodation at least 5 weeks before the start of the course. Accommodation can be paid on arrival by your client if preferred. Please note the accommodation is NOT booked till tuition fee is received
  4. Send flight details for a free airport pickup from Nagoya International.
  5. Please also read the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

We will then send you documentation for your client's visa. Please make sure you read the visa section (in ADVISE) first so that you can explain to your client about visas.

1. Confirmations: We will confirm the place on the course for your client on receipt of an application until the five-week deadline. At that point, if your client does not pay the remaining tuition fees, we may be unable to hold a place on the course for them, and will not be able to guarantee their choice of accommodation as preference is given to students who have paid in advance. Accommodation is booked when the tuition fee is received.

2. Invoices: When you send the application to Yamasa online or by fax, we will try to invoice you within 24 hours if possible (or on the next working day over weekends). Please notify support@yamasa.org if you have any particular requests or details that you need to appear on your invoice.
