Letter of Acceptance and Supporting documents.

Below is a sample set of the 3 documents that are sent to you after you complete the Application Process.

1. On the left is the Letter of Acceptance.
2. In the center is a reference letter for the Immigation Bureau.
3. At right is a schedule showing your program and accommodation. Please note that we don't mark the actual room number - this is because it may need to be changed.

It is this set of 3 documents that you should take to a Japanese embassy or consulate with your passport if you need to apply for a visa. If you do not need a visa, then simply bring the documents with you and present them to the Immigration Officer at the counter when you reach the passport control section.
