Free Bus Transfer / Airport Pickup Service

Yamasa offers a free bus transfer using the hourly airport limousine service (the 1700 yen fare is reimbursed by Yamasa when you arrive in Okazaki), but you can also request a paid airport pickup service. Our airport pickup service is available at Centrair/Nagoya Airport (only) on the dates listed in the Airport Arrival Schedule.

If you are arriving at Centrair/Nagoya airport, we need you to register your flight details with us. When you do this, the database will ask you whether you are going to use the free bus transfer or the airport pickup service. If you wish to book the airport pickup service, you will need a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If after registering your details, you change your flight or change your mind about either the bus transfer or airport pickup, simply re-register.

If you request the paid airport pickup service, then depending on the day of arrival, the fee is either 6300, 8300 yen, or 10300 yen. The fee does not cover the cost of the expressway tolls (the road tolls alone are 4100 yen to/from), the gasoline, parking fees or the faculty member's time (the drive is 80 minutes, one way), Nor does it take our carbon dioxide and other emissions into consideration. However it does cover part of the bills, as explained in Newsletter #107. Please note that we require an absolute minimum of 3 days notice for this service. Please give us at least 1 weeks notice if you are arriving on a Sunday or public holiday. Our staff will meet you in the lobby of the Arrivals Hall accordingly. Please note that for the Centrair/Nagoya Airport, passengers from Domestic & International flights enter (from different gates) the same arrivals hall. Click here for the meeting point.

If there is no airport pickup scheduled for your day of arrival, please board the very user-friendly airport limousine bus service.
